Each application undergoes a soft credit check (which won't damage a borrower's credit score), to determine approval amounts and verify the patient's identity. We strive to give your patients optimal services without delay. Unless otherwise agreed, they should expect their services on the same day. In the event that the services are not provided as promised, we require a refund. We ask that all patient issues regarding specific transactions be handled directly with the practice - we will guide them through the process.
